Setting up WP:MU subdomain'd blogs on Dreamhost without wildcard DNS entries

install WP:MU in /home/user/example.com/blog/
use the interface to add a new blog under foo.example.com
log into panel.dreamhost.com
add foo.example.com as a mirror of example.com
